ศิลปะพื้นบ้านล้านนาในลุ่มแม่น้ำเลย / Lanna Folk Art in Loei Basin Area

Abstract

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาศิลปะพื้นบ้านล้านนาตามศาสนสถานในลุ่มแม่น้ำเลย  จากการศึกษาพบว่า  ในลุ่มแม่น้ำเลยซึ่งครอบคลุมพื้นที่อำเภอภูหลวง  อำเภอวังสะพุง  อำเภอเมืองเลย  และอำเภอเชียงคาน  จังหวัดเลย  ได้มีการพบศาสนสถานที่ปรากฏอิทธิพลศิลปะพื้นบ้านล้านนาจำนวน 7 วัด ได้แก่ วัดศรีจันทร์, วัดศรีทัศน์, วัดศรีสัตตนาค, วัดศรีชมชื่น, วัดศรีสุมังคลาราม, วัดศรีสะเกษ และวัดโพธิ์ชุม ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่พบหลักฐานว่าเป็นฝีมือช่างจากเมืองน่าน ที่ถูกว่าจ้างให้มาปั้นพระพุทธรูปและสร้างศาสนสถานในช่วงครึ่งหลังของพุทธศตวรรษที่ 25 จนถึงต้นพุทธศตวรรษที่ 26  

Abstract

This article aims to examine Lanna folk art in religious sites in Loei basin area. It is found that there are 6 Lanna-style religious sites in Loei basin area, which covers Phu Luang, Wang Sapung, Muang Loei, Chiang Khan in Loei province. According to evidence, such religious sites; Wat Sri Chan, Wat Sri That, Wat Sri Satthanak, Wat Sri Chomcheun, Wat Sri Sumangkhalaram,  Wat Sri Saket, and Wat Pho Chum, are considered to be built by artisans from Nan province. These artisans were hired to build religious sites and Buddha images in the beginning of the 20^th century to the mid of the 21^th century.
